The service
Quirep is software for managing reviews across multiple business locations. It includes the Review Inbox, AI Reply Writer, Review Requests, Location Ranks, Sentiment Map, Competitor Watch and Reputation Reports. The tools available to you depend on your plan.
Accounts and branch access
- You must give accurate details when signing up and keep your login details secure.
- The account owner decides which users can see and reply for each branch or region, and is responsible for their actions.
- You may only connect listings that your business owns or is authorised to manage.
Honest review rules
These rules protect your listings, your customers and every other business on the platforms. Breaking them may lead to immediate suspension.
- You must not use Quirep to write, buy, post or incentivise fake reviews, or reviews by staff, owners or their families.
- You must not filter or gate review requests so that only satisfied customers are asked.
- You must not offer discounts, gifts or other rewards in exchange for positive reviews.
- You must not use Competitor Watch to post reviews about competitors or to harass their reviewers.
AI replies
- AI replies are drafts. You are responsible for every reply posted from your account, whether written, edited or approved by your team.
- Auto-reply is off by default. If you turn it on, it applies only to the simple positive reviews and rules you set.
- Replies must not disclose a customer's health information, bill, booking or other personal details in public.
Review requests and messaging
- You must have a lawful basis to contact each customer you upload, and honour opt-outs, which Quirep applies automatically.
- WhatsApp and SMS templates must follow platform and telecom rules, including DLT registration for SMS in India.
- Messaging is charged separately from your plan at the rates shown on the pricing page.
Review platforms
Quirep connects to third-party platforms such as Google, Apple, Facebook and Justdial. Their own terms apply to your listings. If a platform changes or limits access, some features may change, and we will tell you as soon as we know.
Plans and billing
- Paid plans are priced per location per month and billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Adding locations during a billing period is charged pro rata. Removing locations takes effect from the next period.
- Indian businesses are invoiced in INR with applicable GST.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change for your plan.
Your data
Your business owns its account data, replies and customer contact data. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export reviews, replies and tags as CSV at any time.
Availability
We work to keep Quirep available at all times and schedule maintenance outside Indian business hours where possible. Reviews that arrive during an outage are imported once the service is restored.
Liability
Quirep helps you respond to and learn from reviews, but cannot guarantee any rating, ranking or review outcome. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks the honest review rules or misuses customer data. After closure, you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
